• Brandy 50ml

  • Lemon Juice 25ml

  • Cointreau 25ml
  • Orange Juice 75ml

  • Caster Sugar 2 tsp
  • Red Wine 50ml
  • Ice


  • Pour the Brandy, Lemon Juice, Cointreau, Orange Juice, Caster Sugar and Red Wine into a tall glass
  • Stir until the sugar dissolves
  • Leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours
  • When taking it out the fridge to serve cut a slice of Lemon, Lime and Orange and add it to the glass
  • Let the fruit soak, then add Ice and serve
  • This is often made in a punch bowl or pitcher with larger volumes of the Ingredients
