Ingredients

  • Coconut Rum 50ml
  • Pineapple Juice 100ml
  • Blue Curacao 50ml
  • Ice

Method

  • Pour the Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice and Ice into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Pour the Blue Curacao into a Margarita Glass over Ice.
  • Slowly strain the contents of the cocktail shaker over the Blue Curacao.
  • Pouring it over an Ice Cube, will keep the Blue Curacao separate from the rest of the drink.
