Pisco Sour


  • 50ml Lime juice
  • 50ml Pisco grape brandy
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • Half Free-ranged egg white
  • 1 Cherry
  • 1 Lemon slice
  • Ice


  • Pour all ingredients leaving out the Cherry and the Lemon slice into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  • Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with the Lemon slice and Cherry then serve.
