- 1 Lime
- 20 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 Tsp Granulated Sugar
- White Rum 50ml
- Soda Water
- Fresh Mint
- Place the limes, mint and sugar into a strong highball glass and mash with the end of a rolling pin.
- Add ice and pour in the White Rum.
- Add Soda Water and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
