Caipirinha

Ingredients

  • Cachaca 75ml
  • 2 Lime’s
  • Granulated Sugar 3 tsp
  • Ice

Method

  • Cut the Lime into cubes and place them into a cocktail mixed with the Granulated Sugar.
  • Using a middle or the end of a wooden rolling pin, squeeze and mash the Limes and Sugar into a paste.
  • Add the Cachaca and Ice then shake well.
  • Pour into a highball glass and serve.
