- Cachaca 75ml
- 2 Lime’s
- Granulated Sugar 3 tsp
- Cut the Lime into cubes and place them into a cocktail mixed with the Granulated Sugar.
- Using a middle or the end of a wooden rolling pin, squeeze and mash the Limes and Sugar into a paste.
- Add the Cachaca and Ice then shake well.
- Pour into a highball glass and serve.
