- Peaches 2 (Peeled, halved with stone removed. Or tinned Peaches)
- Chilled Champagne
- Place the peaches into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon the peaches into a champagne glass, then top up the glass with Champagne. (It should be two thirds Champagne and one third Peach)
- As you add the Champagne slowly mix then serve.
- You can use concentrated Peach Juice if you don’t have Peaches to blend.
