Ingredients

  • Peaches 2 (Peeled, halved with stone removed. Or tinned Peaches)
  • Chilled Champagne

Method

  • Place the peaches into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon the peaches into a champagne glass, then top up the glass with Champagne. (It should be two thirds Champagne and one third Peach)
  • As you add the Champagne slowly mix then serve.
  • You can use concentrated Peach Juice if you don’t have Peaches to blend.
