- Bacardi rum 75ml
- Raspberry cordial 25ml
- Orange juice 100ml
- Pineapple juice 50ml
- Pineapple slice
- Put all ingredients into a blender apart from the Pineapple slice.
- Blend until the ice is a slushy consistency.
- Garnish with a Pineapple slice.
- If you don’t have access to a blender, you can use a shaker. Although it’s not as good.
